🚭🚯 *No Smoking & No Drinking:* Violators will be removed from the group immediately. No discussions will be entertained.
– Team WOT reserves the right to capture photographs and use them on social media. (Please inform us in advance if you do not wish to be photographed.)
– Team WOT reserves the right to change, modify, add, or cancel the planned schedule at its discretion.
– WOT may cancel the event if there are fewer than 8 travelers or due to external factors beyond control (e.g., political situations, natural hazards, cancellation of public transport, etc.).
– If the event is canceled, you will be informed about alternate events. You can switch to another available event or opt for a full refund.
1. If you cancel 48 hours before the event:
– No refund will be provided.
– Last-minute cancellations due to work, health issues, etc., will not be entertained. No refund or transfer allowed.
2. If you cancel 3-6 days before the event:
– 50% refund of the actual amount of the trek. *(Payment gateway charges will be deducted.)*
– No postponing to future events within 48 hours of the event start time.
– You can transfer your tickets to your friends to avoid losing your payment. We welcome them on board!
🔹 Please note that this is a budget trip, not a luxury one. We have taken utmost care to make your trip comfortable and memorable within a low budget, but we request your cooperation in case of any sudden adversity.
🔹 The trip host holds all the rights to add or remove any member and make necessary changes in the route, activities, time, and duration depending on the situation and climatic conditions. We kindly request your cooperation with the organizer’s decisions as it’s all about your safety.
