1. If you cancel 48 hours before the event:
– No refund will be provided.
– Last-minute cancellations due to work, health issues, etc., will not be entertained. No refund or transfer allowed.
2. If you cancel 3-6 days before the event:
– 50% refund of the actual amount of the trek. *(Payment gateway charges will be deducted.)*
– No postponing to future events within 48 hours of the event start time.
– You can transfer your tickets to your friends to avoid losing your payment. We welcome them on board!
