Cancellation Policy  

At WeekendOut Trips, we understand that plans can change. However, since we make prior arrangements for permits, transportation, accommodation, and guides, we follow a strict cancellation policy as outlined below:

1. Cancellations Within 48 Hours of the Event

• No refund will be provided.

• Last-minute cancellations due to work, health issues, travel delays, or personal reasons will not be entertained.

• No refund or transfer to another event is allowed.

2. Cancellations 3–6 Days Before the Event

• Eligible for 50% refund of the actual trek/event fee.

• Note: Payment gateway charges (if any) will be deducted.

• Postponing or transferring bookings to future events is not allowed within 48 hours of the event start time.

3. Organizer-Initiated Cancellations

• In the rare case where an event is canceled by WeekendOut Trips due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, government restrictions, or safety concerns), participants will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to transfer their booking to a future event.

4. Refund Timeline

• All applicable refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
