💰 ₹1499/- per person
1. If you cancel 48 hours before the event:
– No refund will be provided.
– Last-minute cancellations due to work, health issues, etc., will not be entertained. No refund or transfer allowed.
2. If you cancel 3-6 days before the event:
– 50% refund of the actual amount of the trek. *(Payment gateway charges will be deducted.)*
– No postponing to future events within 48 hours of the event start time.
– You can transfer your tickets to your friends to avoid losing your payment. We welcome them on board!
🔹 Please note that this is a budget trip, not a luxury one. We have taken utmost care to make your trip comfortable and memorable within a low budget, but we request your cooperation in case of any sudden adversity.
🔹 The host of the Ananthagiri Hills Camping Trip reserves the right to add or remove any member and make necessary changes to the route, activities, time, and duration depending on the situation and climatic conditions. We kindly request your cooperation with the organizer’s decisions as it’s all about your safety.
