Refund and Cancellation Policy  

Booking Cancellation  

We understand that plans can change, and cancellations may be necessary. You can cancel your booking at any time without any hassle. Please review our cancellation policy before booking with Weekend Out Trips to choose the right camping package near Vikarabad, Ananthagiri.  

Booking Amendments  

If you need to make changes, such as adjusting dates or packages, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled trip.  

– Amendments are subject to availability.  

Refunds  

– A cancellation fee of Rs. 200 will be applied, and the remaining amount will be refunded.  

– Refunds are processed within 1-2 days. For PhonePe payments, it may take 2-3 working days.  

– Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.  

Exceptions  

In cases of severe weather or emergencies, exceptions to our refund policy may be made at the discretion of Weekend Out Trips management. If you believe your situation qualifies, please contact us.
